The pool opens daily starting June 18th     FOR ONE WEEK ONLY 18-22 it will only be open from 3pm not 11am

NEW ACCOUNT NUMBERS

  AUGUST 1ST— please be aware of the new account number on your monthly maintenance invoice

Associa-Community Services will be updating their technology and the new system requires 11 digit account numbers.

Measures have been taken so that payments made either by lockbox or ACH using existing account numbers will be processed correctly during this  transition period


  STARTING SEPTEMBER

 There will be a new return address on your September monthly statements

PSE&G worry free service

If you are paying for PSE &G worry free service and you live on the 2nd and 3rd floor condo units Please be aware that PSE&G will not service your unit because they will not go on the roof

MAINTENANCE FEE PAYMENTS



PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING MAINTENANCE FEE PAYMENTS TO OWNERS ACCOUNTS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES

The following is the allocation procedure for all residents who have an outstanding balance due:
              If you have an unpaid late fees, legal fees, violations, special assessments etc. and only the current maintenance fee due your maintenance payment will be applied to all other charges first, leaving the current maintenance fee unpaid and resulting in a late fee.  The payment will be not be applied to the maintenance fee, but to all other outstanding charges, so technically you would be late.

Every homeowner should carry personal insurance for interior damage and personnel loss in their unit, an HO6 policy If there is a leak from one unit to the next - each homeowner must go to their own insurance to make repairs to damages caused by leaks
