PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING MAINTENANCE FEE PAYMENTS TO OWNERS ACCOUNTS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES
The following is the allocation procedure for all residents who have an outstanding balance due:
If you have an unpaid late fees, legal fees, violations, special assessments etc. and only the current maintenance fee due your maintenance payment will be applied to all other charges first, leaving the current maintenance fee unpaid and resulting in a late fee. The payment will be not be applied to the maintenance fee, but to all other outstanding charges, so technically you would be late.
