AVOID SCAMS

Some of our residents have received calls from people stating that they are the IRS and money is owed and if not paid, they will go to jail. The IRS will not call you they will send you a letter in the mail.

Another scam  - the caller states that a family member is in jail or needs money wired to them

  NEXT TO THE CONDO DUMPSTERS IN THE CONDO PARKING LOTS
 ALL BULK WASTE MUST BE DISPOSED UP AT THE RECYCLING AREA

CARPETING - MUST BE CUT INTO SECTIONS NOT WIDER THAN 5 FT. AND TIED. IT CANNOT BE GREATER THAN 50 LBS.
WINDOWS MUST BE TAPED (CRISS-CROSS STRIPS)
LARGE BULK ITEMS MUST BE BROKEN DOWN INTO MANAGEABLE PIECES FOR DISPOSAL
