Golden rule --If it services only your unit it is
the homeowner's responsibility
ie; circuit breakers, air condition units, dryer vents
in the wall, skylights, doors, windows, water faucets,
electric wires and plumbing in between the wall, floor
and ceiling, pressure release values in your unit.
