Pet Waste

Now that the snow has melted our maintenance man is finding dog poop all over the complex from residents who don't pick up after their pets also bags of do poop from residents who pick up the poop but don't dispose of it in the dumpster, they leave it on the sidewalk

This is your responsibility if you have a pet pick up after it.  It is a health hazard.  Residents don't want to step in your pet's poop or have poop on their lawns.

Circuit Breakers

All condo and townhouses have 2 circuit breakers. One inside the unit, usually in the laundry room and one outside in the utility closet next to each individual electric meter  Both of these breakers are the responsibility of the homeowner not the association because these breakers only service one unit any the whole building.
If you don't have electric or your electric goes on and off, please contact an electrician to have them replaced.
