Trash is not to be stored outdoors at any time!
Please do not leave your trash or garbage at the curb until the pick-up day.
Condo residents - your trash must be placed in the dumpster in your court not left in the breezeway or in front of your door. Nothing is to be stored in front of unit on 2nd & 3rd floor.
Clear away clutter on your patios and balconies, front & back. Remove old flower pots, dead plant material, broken edging , broken garden ornaments and/or garden lights, toys, bikes, trash and other personal items.
Roll up your hose and store it away until the spring.
Do not leave snow shovels outside your front door or in the common breezeway. They can become trip hazards.
If you are going away for more than 2 days, keep your thermostat at 55 degrees or more. Turn off the hot and cold water faucets at the clothes washer.
