Please be aware that the association is not responsible
for water problems inside your unit, ie ceiling leaks,
water leaking into unit below, any plumbing that services
only your unit, clogged plumbing.
If water is leaking in your unit from the unit above
Before calling the emergency number or the Association office
contact the unit owner/tenant above to see if they can rectify
the problem before it gets serious. In most cases a plumber
needs to be notified.
