Circuit Breakers

All condo and townhouses have 2 circuit breakers. One inside the unit, usually in the laundry room and one outside in the utility closet next to each individual electric meter  Both of these breakers are the responsibility of the homeowner not the association because these breakers only service one unit any the whole building.
If you don't have electric or your electric goes on and off, please contact an electrician to have them replaced.
